High above the Mediterranean Sea, on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, Marisa Cuomo and her husband, Andrea Ferraioli, craft some of the most elegant and expressive wines of Southern Italy, if not, the entire country. Their whites, with use of local and indigenous varietals, are the benchmark for the region, and their rosato and reds are not far behind. Cultivating wines on these steep slopes is truly a labor of love, with all of the work in the terraced vineyards having to be done by hand. We'll honor the fruits of their work with a delicious menu pairing featuring regional specialties of Campania.
